How To Make A Purchase?
Through Online Store
You can make a purchase via our website (www.enzo.com.my). Following is the online purchase procedure:
1. Choose the main product origin (products, sports, sales items) or by catagories(Polo T-Shirt, Round Neck T-Shirt, muslimah) that you’re interested in and start browsing.
2.When you find a item you love, choose your colour, size and quantity and add to cart.
3. You can continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart.
4. If you’d like to process your order, you can log into your account or sign up for a new account if it’s your first time purchasing.
5. Check that your delivery address is correct.
6. choose your preferred delivery method.
7. Select a payment method.
8. Confirm your order and it is complete.
9. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately when payment is succssful.
Through Power Distribution Point
If you would like to make a bulk purchase for your company, organization, team or family, you can browse and click the Power Distribution Points link on our website, from a list of Enzo power distributor, you can choose one nearest to your location and contact them via email or phone call. Our professional power distributor will try their best to respond to your enquiry.
What If The Item I Want Is Out Of Stock?
We're constantly bringing back the most wanted item in a short period unless it is a discontinue item. You might check for availability few days later.
Items you save in shopping cart will be kept for a short period only as long the product is available. The items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will be alerted at the cart page that the product is out of stock. To avoid this from happening, hurry snap them up!
What Are The Available Payment Mode?
For online purchases: We offer the following modes of payment - Visa debit and credit cards, MasterCard debit and credit cards, and online banking via all major local banks.
What if I Unable To Complete Payment Online?
Orders with "Pending Credit Card Payment" statuses will be automatically cancelled after an hour.
What Is The Delivery Charge and Estimate Delivery Time?
Upon order confirmation, we will take 1-2 business day to process and pack the order.
For East Malaysia, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.
For West Malaysia, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.
Flat shipping rate of RM45 per order for 30 unit and below (East Malaysia)
Flat shipping rate of RM65 per order for 50 unit and below (East Malaysia)
Flat shipping rate of RM15 per order for 30 unit and below (West Malaysia)
Flat shipping rate of RM20 per order for 50 unit and below (West Malaysia)
No Delivery Zone
Enzo aims to deliver to as many places as possible, however, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in both Malaysia and Singapore: Free Trade Zone & P.O. Box addresses.
Note: For delivery to army base camps and university or college campus addresses, your order(s) can only be delivered to the administration office or the mailing room.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you can. It may take up to 1 business day upon the dispatch of your delivery for the order status to be refreshed. GD express is our partner carrier. You can trace your order on GD express tracking site by entering tracking number we provided on your order status. If you are unable to trace your order, please drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to help.
Order Status Explanations
In the process of delivering your item to you, your package goes through a series of stages. Here's a quick guide to easily decode the delivery statuses you see when tracking your order.

Can I Return My Purchase?
Yes, you can. You may contact us and return the product to us within fourteen(14) days of receipt and we must receive your returned items at our facility within 16 days. The product shall be un-used, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags (if applicable). We accept return for products if it is incorrect item or defect. What If There Is Item(s) Missing From My Parcel?
We are so sorry for sending you wrong or defect product. If you sure you received a defect, a wrong item, or missing item(s) in the parcel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We need the following information of the problem order:
1) Order Number
2) The name/product code of the defect or missing item
3) Photograph of the defect or wrong item
Our customer service team will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement. If a replacement is no longer available, refund will be provided instead.
How Is The Return Process?
Contact us by email or phone to tell us the problem and make sure the item is returnable (please check Return & Refund Policy). Once we know the situation, we will email a Return Note. Pack the items in its original condition and printed Return Note with mailing bag, post it to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will take 1-2 days examine the product condition. If we accept for the return, we will send u an email and a refund will be processed to the original payment method, or preferred bank account within 7 days.
Step 1 :
Within 14 days of delivery, you can decide to return the product if it is defect, damaged or wrongly delivered.
Step 2 :
Contact us by email or phone to tell us the problem and make sure the item is returnable.
Step 3 :
Print out Return Note that we emailed to you. Pack the item in its original condition with mailing bag then post it to us.
Step 4 :
A refund will be processed to the original payment method, or preferred bank account once returned item(s) have been received and condition checked.
We are unable to exchange the item for different sizing and color once order been dispatched. If you really wants to amend your shopping cart for different sizing and color, please contact our customer service within 1 hour after order placed. Exchange for different items is not available.
