Delivery 


1) Delivery Time

Upon order confirmation, we will take 1-2 business day to process and pack the order. 

For East Malaysia, the delivery time will be 3-5 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.

For West Malaysia, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.

For order placed and checkout before 3pm, processing day will be counted on the day. For order placed and checkout after 3pm, processing day will start on the next business day. 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm; saturday 8:30am - 1.00pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Please note our distribution center are closed on public holidays in Malaysia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, processing time will be extended by 1-2 working days.


2) Limitation

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations as requested in your order. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative shipping address.


3) Late or Returned Parcel

Although Enzo are able to ship almost every order in the time frame specified, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded, causing a delay of one or two extra day. Slower delivery may be expected during New Year, Chinese New Year, Labor Day, Hari Raya, National Day, and Christmas Day due to the closure of the distribution center and high demand. Enzo is unable to provide compensation for late deliveries, to the extend permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, changes or expenses arising out of late delivery.

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address), then Enzo will inform you immediately via email when the item is returned to Enzo facility. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer, Enzo reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.


4) Undelivered Parcel

If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees).


4) Parcel Lost

Unfortunately, on occasion, parcels may not arrive within the agreed timescale or could be lost completely. A parcel is considered lost only after the courier company in charge of its delivery investigates the situation. By law, an item ONLY needs to be delivered within 30 days to be seen as delivered on time.  If you suspect the parcel is lost, please contact our customer service by calling 07-4348989 or drop us an email with your order number.


5) Receipt of Parcel

Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product as reference in case of future communication with us. You must be careful when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

You are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of the product offered to you. You shall exercise your due care and diligence when using the product for yourself and/or any third party, and to the extent permitted by laws, you shall release from and indemnify us against all liability, cost, loss and/or expenses arising out of your use any of any of the products including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to your property, whether direct or consequential or, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
